Randy Adams Co-founder, Executive Chairman and CEO

Randy Adams is a serial entrepreneur who has founded seven venture-backed technology companies and has served as President of the Home Shopping Network’s Internet Division, Director of Engineering at Adobe Systems, Lead Designer at Steve Job’s NeXT computer company, Director at Yahoo, Inc. and Director and co-founder of FunnyOrDie.com. His accomplishments include the invention of PDF and Acrobat at Adobe Systems; the creation of the first ever e-commerce web site, the Internet Shopping Network and the creation of the first PC desktop publishing app, Personal Publisher. He holds a BS in Engineering from MIT.

Jeff Spirer Co-founder and COO

Jeff Spirer is a serial entrepreneur who has founded five venture-backed companies. Jeff Spirer has worked in the telecomm industry for most of the last six years, both wired and mobile. He has also worked for a variety of technology and retail companies including Intel and The Home Shopping Network. Jeff's telecom career began with Navitel, a provider of integrated voice/data desktop products that were marketed by Microsoft. In mobile, he has worked for payments provider Bango, where he provided US business development and a variety of marketing activities including webinars and industry organization panels, Tanla Mobile, where he built a mobile payments business, and SearchMe, where Jeff managed the mobile search program.
