Unlike most conferencing or group call services, CrowdCall doesn’t use dial-in numbers or pins. The host of the conference call simply selects the participants or a favorite group of participants and touches the “Call” button. CrowdCall creates an instant conference. Once the host receives a call from CrowdCall, every other participant is called and the conference begins.
Yes, simply include all of their numbers in the call. When you call them, all of their phones will ring and then they can decide which one to answer. TIP: Save all of the numbers as a favorite group.
There are no carrier charges because all calls are outbound from the CrowdCall servers. For all calls which cost CrowdCall less than 5 cents per minute, there is no charge to the user for the first 5 calls you make every day in the US and Canada. Calls costing over 5 cents a minute or for more than 5 calls a day can be made by purchasing credits. In all cases the line charges are less than you would normally pay your carrier. Connections are made through local carriers so the quality is much better than VoIP solutions.
